Sales Coordinator – Portsmouth, NH
Pay: $23–24/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (Onsite)
Location: Portsmouth, NH

Our client, a well-established and growing company in Portsmouth, is looking to bring on a Sales Coordinator to join their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with data, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll support both the inside sales teams by processing incoming orders, entering data into multiple systems, and ensuring every detail is accurate from start to finish. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Enter and manage sales orders with high accuracy
• Work across several systems 
• Identify and correct errors to ensure data integrity
• Stay organized and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Take initiative—jump in and help wherever needed once your work is complete

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a data-entry or administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
