I’m excited to be partnering with a global medical device innovator during a period of growth and transformation. This is a newly created, highly visible role reporting directly into senior leadership, offering the opportunity to influence people strategy, build impactful HR programs, and shape organizational culture.
🌍 The Role:
As a Sr. HR Manger/Business Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, aligning business objectives with people strategies. You’ll have a mix of strategic and hands-on responsibilities—driving workforce planning, organizational development, and talent initiatives while also supporting the day-to-day HR needs of a growing, dispersed workforce.
🔑 Key Focus Areas

Partner with senior leadership to design and deliver HR strategies that drive growth, engagement, and performance.

Provide coaching and guidance on organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.

Champion company culture, employee engagement, and inclusion initiatives across a U.S.-based and global population.

Lead talent strategies including recruitment support, performance management, retention, and incentive programs.

Analyze HR data and trends to anticipate needs and influence business decisions.

Navigate complex employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with U.S. employment law.

Collaborate with HR team members to balance both strategic and tactical HR initiatives.
🎯 Ideal Candidate

8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.

Proven success influencing and partnering with senior leaders to shape people strategy.

Experience supporting commercial/sales teams; exposure to manufacturing or R&D environments preferred.

Strong understanding of HR programs (succession planning, incentive design, performance management).

Skilled in supporting geographically dispersed teams and balancing both strategic and operational HR needs.

Industry experience in medical device (highly preferred), life sciences (biotech/pharma), or SaaS is a plus.

Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
