What You’ll Do:

• Keep patient files accurate and up to date

• Answer questions about medication availability, pricing, and insurance coverage

• Work closely with pharmacists — using your judgment to know when to escalate patient questions

• Handle back-office administrative tasks to keep the pharmacy running smoothly

• Follow HIPAA, state, and federal compliance standards

What You’ll Need:

• A Maine Pharmacy Technician License (can be obtained in just 2 days; about $62 – we’ll guide you through the process)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfort working in a behind-the-scenes, administrative-focused role
