Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation (Hybrid)

A top litigation firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join their Boston office. This hybrid role offers courtroom experience, meaningful client interaction, and the chance to handle diverse, complex cases alongside a supportive team.
Practice areas may include:
General & Premises Liability Defense
Medical Malpractice / Long-Term Care
Products & Professional Liability
Commercial, Employment, Construction, Trucking & Auto Defense
What you’ll do:
Manage your own caseload from start to finish
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal research memos
Take/defend depositions; attend hearings and trials
Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues on case strategy
Provide regular updates and status reports to clients
What we’re looking for:
JD from ABA-accredited law school; MA Bar admission required
1+ year of civil litigation experience (state & federal courts)
Strong research, drafting, and advocacy skills
Confident handling depositions and motion practice
