JOB SUMMARY
Senior HR Business Partner — Temp (Potential Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA — Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, innovative SaaS organization that due to growth and ongoing integration work, our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner who can hit the ground running and provide immediate impact. This is an urgent need with the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right fit.
About the Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the SVP of HR, you’ll step into a highly collaborative and lean HR team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage performance management processes and guide leadership through evaluations and feedback cycles

Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to managers and key stakeholders on all people-related matters

Handle employee relations issues thoughtfully and effectively, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment

Drive and support key HR projects, including research, vendor assessments, and solution recommendations

Facilitate training and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and employee capability

Champion employee engagement programs and foster a strong, inclusive culture

Contribute to workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategy in alignment with business objectives
Ideal Profile:
-
5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within SaaS or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environments

Strong executive presence — polished, intelligent, approachable, and confident

Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a lean team setting

Experience supporting dynamic, technical functions (Sales, Engineering, Product) preferred

Comfort navigating ambiguity and thriving in a scaling, evolving business
Details & Compensation:
-
Contract Pay Rate: $50–$70/hour (depending on experience)

Potential Full-Time Conversion: Open to candidates seeking a permanent role; anticipated base salary range: $120,000–$150,000 depending on background and fit
