A respected Boston law firm seeks an experienced Corporate Attorney (10–15 years, law firm background) to join its growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead sophisticated transactions and work directly with clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle all phases of M&A, from structuring to closing.
Advise on bank and equity financing transactions.
Counsel clients on governance and business structuring.
Mentor junior attorneys and support business development.
Qualifications:
10–15 years of corporate experience in a law firm.
Strong expertise in M&A, financing, and governance.
Real estate experience a plus.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client service skills.
