What You’ll Do:

Lead negotiations and draft a wide range of complex commercial agreements, including SaaS and procurement contracts

Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, InfoSec, Finance) to ensure legal alignment with business goals

Support vendor management and indirect procurement contract activity

Develop creative, business-minded legal solutions while managing risk

Create and maintain templates, legal guides, and internal best practices
-
Contribute to scalable contracting processes in a growing global business

Assist with data privacy and regulatory considerations where applicable
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts (SaaS strongly preferred)

Experience in a fast-paced in-house legal environment or at a law firm
-
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
-
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
-
JD from an accredited law school; active bar admission in MA, NY, or CA
Nice to Have:

Familiarity with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)

Experience with vendor onboarding and contract lifecycle management
