Legal Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to provide vital administrative and litigation support within a busy commercial litigation environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable managing a variety of tasks to keep cases moving efficiently from trial through appeal.
Key Responsibilities:

Support attorneys with drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents

Manage court filings, calendars, and case deadlines across multiple jurisdictions

Coordinate depositions, meetings, hearings, and travel arrangements
-
Organize case files, trial materials, and discovery documents

Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and external parties
-
Assist with trial preparation and case strategy execution
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ legal assistant experience, preferably in litigation

Familiarity with court filing systems and procedures

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management tools

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure

Excellent communication skills and discretion

Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player
