Real Estate Assistant

JOB SUMMARY
Looking to bring on a Real Estate Assistant to join the team! 

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Assistant to support our team with property research, lease coordination, and administrative duties. This role involves floor plan development, rent budget planning, demographic research, and location coordination, ensuring a seamless real estate search and acquisition process. You will work closely with our internal team and external stakeholders to keep property records organized and facilitate communication throughout the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Research & Coordination:

  • Conduct search area research, analyzing demographics, population trends, and market data to identify optimal locations.
  • Maintain detailed records of potential buildings for each searching owner, tracking specifications and key details.
  • Assist in evaluating building specifications, answering related questions, and coordinating information with stakeholders.
  • Work with internal team to coordinate the location search process, ensuring efficient communication and organization.
  • Provide initial building specs and floor plan information to internal team and potential contractors.
  • Once a lease is signed, ensure all location details and contractor selections are passed to the executive team for further steps.

Budgeting & Planning:

  • Develop and maintain rent budgets for prospective locations.
  • Assist in floor plan drawings to visualize potential layouts for properties.

Administrative Support:

  • Support the executive team with various administrative tasks related to real estate operations.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and organization of all real estate-related files.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate, property management, or administrative support.
  • Strong understanding of market research and demographic analysis.
  • Proficiency in floor plan software and ability to create basic property layouts.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate between multiple team members and external contacts.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software is a plus.
